SENIOR CONTENT EDITOR – ROLE DESCRIPTION


Job Description

We pride ourselves on continuous evolution. The driving force behind constant business growth is the presence of skilled and dedicated Senior Content Editors. We’re searching for a highly-skilled Senior Content Editor to contribute to our growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative agency. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and confident with a social media and marketing content portfolio. They will need to be able to lead and nurture a team of production roles whilst working closely with Project Managers to ensure deliverables are managed and timelines communicated internally and externally to clients.

Objectives of this Role

• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times.
• Continually raise the bar on content that connects with the desired audience and drives action.
• Stay updated on appropriate brand style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in content edits.
• Excellent quality assurance to ensure all review notes are amended and re-checked before delivering content internally to project managers for client delivery.
• Leasing with on-set production teams to ensure footage upload in a timely manner in-line with editing timescales to hit overall delivery due dates for content to clients.

Responsibilities

• Be present in daily agency sprints with the preparation to update on key project deliverables.
• Engaged and be a leading member in production team sessions, nurturing the talent of Junior editors.
• Ensure excellent communication with the on-set production teams for successful footage handover and clearly define to the social media teams/project managers timescales for content deliverables.
• Ability to make confident decisions in direction to work independently whilst staying 100% on brand and in-line with concept briefs.
• Ensure document repositories (dropbox etc) are kept up-to-date and highly organized.
• When required, lead on content presentation to clients and offer advice on content related queries.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in production and editing roles which a portfolio is required as part of the interview process.
• Proficiency in editing software programs Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Davinci, and Photoshop.
• Ability to take and follow direction, while also having a creative eye for improvements.
• Ability to lead and work independently with a virtual team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a part of a delivery team with a variety of roles and experience.
• Understanding of project management softwares such as monday.com.

Senior Designer – ROLE DESCRIPTION


Job Description

We’re searching for a highly-skilled Senior Designer to contribute to our growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative agency. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and confident with a portfolio of previously worked on design campaigns and deliverables in a front facing role with clients.

Objectives of this Role

Design visual concepts using appropriate tools, media, and/or technologies.
Incorporate necessary branding, marketing, and communication strategies into design.
Complete design projects on time and within the designated budget.
Lead and nurture talent within the design team.

Responsibilities

Communicate design concepts and pitches to necessary parties
Collaborate with creative teams to create cohesive deliverables
Time-manage multiple projects and keep the recipient updated on progress
Consistently deliver creative solutions for visually based problems
Attend daily agency sprints for status updates per deliverable.
Lead in client meetings and pitches for design related projects and conversation.

Skills and Qualifications

5+ years working in design with client facing experience.
Portfolio of high-quality work and project samples.
Mastery of foundational design concepts and visual principles
Training in the techniques, tools, or technologies necessary for the specified role
Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and work within deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Previous leadership roles.
Certification and/or training in relevant software programs.
Experience using project management software’s such as monday.com.

Brand Manager Onboarding Guide


DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monday.com
• The first priority every day is to review all Monday.com boards and update items and/or subitems as needed
• If there is uncertainty regarding an item, contact the assignee for clarity. If the item is a new request and an assignee has not been designated, contact the client for clarity.
• The PM is responsible for populating the below columns within each request:
o A detailed, clear description of the request [unless provided by client]
o An Assignee for the task
o A Due Date or Timeline
o Status (updated as needed)
o Priority
o Files and Links (when applicable)

Notes

• Requests from clients fall under the Group “Needs Further Clarity” and will have the requestor’s email added in the column “Requestor Name”
• If a new client is being onboarded, a new Monday.com board must be created to manage all projects pertaining to the client.

Communications

• Checking all communication platforms [Slack, WhatsApp, Text, Email] for updates pertaining to

Weekly Responsibilities

• Review and update the agenda for client facing calls
• If a new client is being onboarded, the PM is responsible for setting up weekly client calls. Two calls per week are the minimum requirement – one client facing and one internal.
• Leading weekly client calls and sharing the call agenda with the client the day prior to scheduled meeting
• Providing meeting recap notes within 24 hours following the call
