Job Description
Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
Mandatory Requirements
The interest and the ability to take initiative with an excellent attitude that can help identify and follow up sales leads,pitch for IT services to existing and new clients including,
- Planning and making presentations
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Working closely with management and providing timely feedback
- A keen interest in current technologies such as Web/Mobile apps and social media
- A good sense of UI design
- Be able to work independently and in a team environment
- A bachelor’s degree related to Information Technology/Software Engineering
- Good communication skills are essential. Fluency in English(spoken/written)-COMPULSORY
Responsibilities
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
